Before You Arrive
The day starts before you ever pull into the parking lot. We send pre-arrival materials ahead of your rental so you're not walking in cold. What to bring, what to expect, how the day is structured — the basics that make a real difference when you're pulling together a group and want the morning to go smoothly.
At Launch
When you arrive, our team is on the dock and ready. We'll walk you through the boat — the layout, the features, how everything works — so that by the time you leave the dock you're comfortable and confident. We'll go over the safety requirements for the rental, answer any questions, and help get you off the dock cleanly.
This isn't a quick handoff. It's a proper orientation from people who know this lake and know these boats.
On the Water
Once you're out, the day is yours. That's the whole point. You've got a well-equipped Bennington 22SX under you, 325 miles of shoreline to explore, and no one watching the clock on your behalf. We're reachable if something comes up, but the goal is that you don't need us until you're ready to come back in.
At Return
We know what a full day on the water actually feels like. You've been out in the sun, you've made memories, and by the time you're heading back in the tank is running on fumes — yours, not just the boat's. The last thing you should be thinking about when you pull up to the dock is a checklist.
So we handle it. Someone is there to meet you, help with the tie-up, and take the boat from there. Cleaning, post-rental paperwork — all of it is taken care of. You step off the boat and you're done. That's what support looks like at the end of the day, not just the beginning.
